INSTRUCTIONS

Step 1: Please have your prospective sublessee fill out the form on this page. Once we receive their information, we will send them a rental application.

Step 2: Prospective sublessee and guarantor complete the rental application (this will be emailed to them after step 1 is completed).

Step 3: ALL original lease holders need to review, initial, and sign the Subleasing Addendum

(This is an example of what the form looks like. We will send the form through our property management software for you, your roommates and all guarantors to sign).

Step 4: Upon Landlord approval, we will notify you that they can move in, but not before. Management will not do a walk-through before they move in. You are responsible for checking them in.  Units are sublet AS IS.

THINGS TO NOTE:

You are still responsible both financially and for any damage done to the apartment, so it would be wise to get a good sublessee.

The Security Deposit will remain in the leaseholders name until 21 days after the end of your lease, less any deductions for damages or unpaid monies. We suggest that you get a security deposit from your sublessee.

Please remember that you are responsible for the terms of your lease, which means you will still be responsible for all conditions of your lease and you will still have access to your tenant portal.
